Apple Cider
5 Cups of Brown Sugar
2 tsp. Salt
2 Spice Bags
Simmer for Three Hours - Serve warm
Spice Bag
4 to 5 Cinnamon Sticks
1 1/2 Tbsp. Whole Cloves
1 1/2 Tbsp Allspice
Put in cheese cloth and tie with string
