We need your support - Currently, the Awe Scholarship has less than $1,500. If you are not able to attend this benefit concert or are too far away to attend, please consider a direct donation to this ailing scholarship fund.
The South Milwaukee Music Parents Association (SMHS primary music booster group) has taken on this funding challenge for 2009 in hopes of continuing this worthy scholarship for future music students who desire to continue studying music in college.
Benefit Concert With the help of the talented South Milwaukee District Music educators, dedicated alumni and Waukesha's big band - the Jazz Express, a benefit concert will be held on Thursday, February 12, 2009. Tickets sales alone will not sustain the scholarship fund. We need your donations.

If you or your children were students in the SMHS music programs or past recipients of a music scholarship, pay it forward and make a donation back to keep this scholarship alive for the future.
Please consider a donation to keep the music playing in honor of Sharon Awe, the Awe family and for South Milwaukee High School's talented musical youth who wish to pursue a music degree.
